The youth forum is held at Excelsior Hotel on 1 February - the Youth Day. Attending the event are Ministers, MPs, activists of youth organizations, students, etc., Trend reports.
In his opening remarks, Abulfaz Garayev, the Tourism and Culture Minister, spoke about the work done in this sphere over last 10 years. Then an appropriate reel was demonstrated. It reflected the activities of the youth in many spheres and successes, achieved over the 10-year period from the last forum.
The organizers of the forum rewarded youth organizations and separate people, distinguished with public-political activeness. The National Council of Youth Organizations, organizations of patriotic direction and youth organizations, representing other establishments, received awards.
The forum brought together Ali Nagiyev, the Azerbaijani Labor and Social Security, Sattar Mehbaliyev, the chairman of the Trade Union Confederation, Asif Asgarov, the acting Youth and Sports Minister, Almira Suleymaniva, the Azerbaijani Ombudsman.
