We will sum up the preparatory work for the congress till 15 April, Rashad Bayramov, Organizing Secretary of the Azerbaijan National Independence Party (ANIP), told Trend.
He noted that in accordance with the instructions, adopted at the sitting of the political board of ANIP, held in relation to preparations for the congress on 29 January, meetings will be staged at the cells of the party from 10 February to 10 March. After completion of the meetings at the regional branches of the party they will hold conferences and elect representatives to the congress.
The official representative of ANIP also underlined that the last stage of the preparation for the congress was due to be over till 15 April, while the congress would be organized in late April. Bayramov also said that Etibar Mammadov, the leader of the party, regularly keept in touch with the leadership in relation to preparations for the congress.
