New political movement Azadlig (Freedom) will be established on 17 February, Ali Karimli, the chairman of the Popular Front of Azerbaijan Party (PFAP-reformers), said to a news conference, Trend reports.
According to Karimli, the constitutors of the new movement will be leaders of PFAP (r), Azerbaijan Democratic Party (ADP), Azerbaijan National Independence Partys branch (ANIP) led by Ali Aliyev and National Unity Movement. The constitutors held consultations on Monday with participation of Rasul Guliyev through phone. The sides agreed to sign regulations on management of the block and agreement on establishment of Azadlig block at the International Press Center on 17 February at 12.00pm.
Karimli said that Azadlig block would consist of aforesaid constitutors, but he did not exclude its expansion in the future. In this case, the decision on admission of new member will be considered on the base of consensus
