The adoption of a final document CommuniquГ© - ended a meeting of the OIC member-states, which took place in Jeddah on 15 March, Tahir Tagizade, the head of the Media and Information Department of the Foreign Ministry told Trend.
According to Tagizade, the meeting with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov mulled the removal of elements of Islamophobia and OICs activities in this direction and the situation in Iraq and Pakistan.
Within the framework of the visit, Mammadyarov had several meetings with his counterparts, FMs of Senegal, Malaysia, Yemen, Saudi Arabia. The key topics of talks were the situation in Iraq, peace process in Near East, the caricatures of Prophet Muhammad, as well as cooperation of the Islamic countries, regional issues, etc.
