Split in Azerbaijans opposition proves its weakness, said Maurizio Pavesi, head of OSCE office in Azerbaijan, speaking in front of journalists April 14, Trend reports.
He said at the moment OSCE is not going to arrange a dialog between Azerbaijans government and opposition. This dialog will be resumed later, he suggested.
Concerning the oncoming reelections to be held May 13 in Azerbaijan, Mr Pavesi said OSCE mission headed by Ambassador Irens would be monitoring the election process.
The mission of 10 OSCE representatives is visiting Azerbaijan April 24. OSCE observers are staying till the end of elections.
