On May 1 National Independence Party of Azerbaijan (NIPA) is addressing Executive power of Baku with a request for the place of congress scheduled for May 7, Trend reports quoting NIPAs officials.
The address states two variants, Palace of culture named after Shakhriyar and Opera and Ballet Theater. NIPA officials said if the city executives offer Palace of culture named after Khatai, the party heads will better take some room for rent in one of hotels or private buildings.
