Romania greets GUAMs transformation into an international organization and is going to join it in short, Trend reports quoting Nikolae Ureke, Romanian Ambassador to Azerbaijan.
Romania regards GUAM an organization with a bright future, diplomat said. Romania has friendly and promising relations with all 4 states within GUAM and it is going to develop them within the limits of organization. Bucharest is going to contribute to GUAM as a member of NATO and candidate to the EU, he added.
