On June 1, the Supreme Court considered the complaints of the chairman of Azerbaijan Popular Front Party (Classics) Mirmahmud Miralioglu about the Central Election Commission, Khazar Teyublu, the chief of the organizational department of APFP, informed Trend.
He noted that the Supreme Court forwarded the complaints of Mirmahmud Miralioglu for consideration in Appeal Court.
Miralioglu, who put forward his candidacy in 13 May repeat parliamentary elections from Sumgait election district No. 42, sent complaints to the Appeal Court about Central Election Commission. His complaint wasnt ensured. Fot this reason, Miralioglu forwarded his complaints to the Supreme Court.
Besides, Teyublu noted that if Appeal Court once again refuses to consider the complaints Miralioglu, they will be forwarded to the Supreme Court again.
