Starting July 5, Azerbaijans Prosecutor general Zakir Garalov has taken part in a two-day conference of prosecutor generals of 46 member-countries of the CE in Moscow, Trend reports quoting Ruslan Hajiyev, chief of international relations, Prosecutor Generals Office of Azerbaijan.
The main theme of the conference is role of prosecutors offices in protection of personality, including victims and witnesses, as well as teenagers and convicts. The CE Human Rights Commissioner Thomas Hammerberg is taking part in the conference.
The conference is ended July 6. The same day, first session of Consultation Council of said prosecutor generals will take place at the Cabinet of Ministers of the CE.
