The Central Election Commission of Azerbaijan (CEC) has started seminar-meeting to enlighten the sub-commissions in connection with the municipal elections, Trend reports quoting the press-service of CEC.
In July, zonal seminar-meetings will be held for the preparation to the repeat, additional and new municipal elections scheduled for October 6, 2006.
The schedule of the seminar-meetings has already been confirmed. From July 13, the members of CEC will leave for the regions to conduct these events for the members of the district and divisional election commissions. The seminar will bring together 581 members of 83 district commissions and 4235 members of 847 divisional commissions.
