Azerbaijan Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov is expected to participate at 14th Council of Foreign Ministers of OSCE Member-States, the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister himself exclusively told Trend today.
The meeting of the Ministers is expected to be held in Brussels on December 4-5, 2006 by the invitation of OSCE Existing Chairman Karl de Gukht.
Notably, OSCE is the World`s largest security organization with 57 members-states from Europe, Central Asia, and North America. The Organization`s activity is aimed at preventing and rehabilitating consequences of international conflicts.
During the annual meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the fifty six members-states of the Organization, they discuss and give estimation to their activity over the past year, as well as put forward their national points of view concerning an issue of security.
