To enter the World Trade Organization (WTO) is a key priority for Azerbaijan; the U.S. Ambassador in the WTO Peter Alger briefed the media on October 16 in Baku, Trend reports.
This idea is also supported trough the statement of the Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, he said. If there is a political will for Azerbaijan's entrance to the WTO, the U.S. is ready to support the country and work in this respect, the diplomat emphasized.
According to Alger, within the visit to Baku, he intends to provide a number of meetings and discuss the future activities with senior officials of Azerbaijan.
