MP Azay Guliyev, President of the National NGO Forum, is expected to participate at a meeting within OSCE on the topic Strengthening Democracy through Efficient Representation to be held in Vienna on 2-3 November, the National NGO Forum advised Trend.
During the meeting within the Session on the formation of the legislation and possibilities of introducing laws in the democratic society, Mr. Guliyev is expected to give a speech on the topic Azerbaijan`s Experience in NGOs` participation in passing bills and making decisions.
