During the joint briefing at the end of the today's meeting between Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Secretary General of the EU Council of Ministers, High Commissar on EU Foreign and Security Policy Issues Javier Solana, and President of European Commission Jose Manuel Barrosso, the Head of the Azerbaijani State answered in connection to the murder of Editor-in-Chief of Journal Monitor, that this case was a serious crime that was committed by people who were interested in committing this crime in Azerbaijan, Trend reports referring to AZTV.
President Ilham Aliyev also said, that in result to the investigation held by Azerbaijani specialists jointly with their colleagues from US and UK, information about criminals engaged in committing this crime has been submitted to Interpol.
