Today, on February 1, Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev has received the U. N. Resident-Coordinator, Marco Borsotti due to his completing the tenure in Azerbaijan, Trend reports.
The Azerbaijani President highly appreciated Mr. Borsotti's activities in the country. And noted that in 2006, U. N. projects implemented in the fields of education, healthcare and other humanitarian projects in the country were a success. He expressed confidence that this cooperation would be further developed.
Mr. Borsotti expressed his satisfaction with his activity in Azerbaijan.
