The Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Huseyn Avni Karslioglu, exclusively informed Trend that Turkish Prime Minister Rejeb Tayyib Erdogan will pay a one day visit to Azerbaijan on 9 March 2007.
He plans to participate in the first Forum of Diasporas of Azerbaijan and Turkey to be held on 9 March. He is scheduled to meet with Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev.
The forum will determine the common principles and major direction of joint activities of the Diaspora organizations of Azerbaijan and Turkey, as well as issue on joint declaration.
The delegation will include the representatives of Government, Parliament and public of Turkey.
