It will be a planned visit which will cover the issues of bilateral co-operation. We will draw up the plans of the future co-operation," the Chairman of the Federation Council of Russia, Sergey Mirinov said in Saint-Petersburg. In addition, he said "we always have topics for discussions and for strengthening of the co-operation. It is a planned tour that I expect very much. Formerly I have served in army in Azerbaijan and therefore this Republic is not strange for me. I love Azerbaijan very much and always got to my friends and colleagues".
I addition, he said the Party "Fair Russia" headed by him fully supports the foreign-policy course of the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin.
