Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend S.Agayeva / Unique archive materials about the life and honorable way of the commander of one of the dynasties of Nakchivan Khanate, Jamshid Nakchvanski, make up the ground of the new book of outstanding Russian Historian, Rudolf Ivanov.
Rudolf Ivanov informed Trend on 3 April that he collected material for his book in the native land of the general of the Tsar Army, Nakchvanski, and in the archives of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation. The Scientist stated that the documents reflect real facts of the life of the General of the Russian Army who honestly served his Country, the conditions of his arrest in 1938, trial and death.
Ivanov's work is an historical monograph regarding Nakchivan. Most part of the book has already been written and is expected to be completed by the middle of the year. Professor Rudolf Ivanov is an author of 23 books and nearly 200 articles. Last year Ivanov's historical tales "Defense of Bayazit: truth and lies" and "General Adjutant His Majesty. Story about Huseyn Khan Nakchvanski" were published.
