E.Javadova / The Judge Tofik Pashayev proceeds to announce the sentence against the former Minister of Economic Development, Farhad Aliyev, his brother Rafik Aliyev, the former President of the Azpetrol Group of Companies, and seventeen other people, in the Azerbaijani Court of Heinous Crimes on 25 October.
F.Aliyev and R.Aliyev were arrested on October 19 2005. The defendants are charged with abuse of power, bribery, illegal privatization of State property and economic crimes.
