Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend corr K. Ramazanova / The Chairman on Human Rights of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, Jesus Lopes-Medel, is paying a one-day official visit to Baku, according to the head of OSCE Baku Office Jose Luis Ansola.
The purpose of the visit is to become familiar with the human rights situation in Azerbaijan. Lopes-Medel is expected to meet with the Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister, Mahmud Mammadguliyev; representatives of NGOs; and the members of the Azerbaijani Parliament's commission on human rights.
