Azerbaijan, Baku, 30 April / Trend corr. T.Abbasov / On 30April , the court proceeding over the commander, accused of taking bribe, began in the Court Martial on Heinous Crimes in Baku.
On 30 April, Trend was informed that Azar Mehraliyev, Commander in the military unit of the Defence Ministry of Azerbaijan, permitted several soldiers to leave the military unit borders for certain sum of money.
Mehraliyev does not feel himself guilty.
The court proceeding will be continued with the evidence of the witness.
