An investigation ended this week into an armed conflict at a military unit in Azerbaijan's Dashkesan region. The findings were submitted to court, the Baku Heinous Crimes Court told Trend.
Five military officers - Valad Gurbanov, Rustam Ahmadov, Ali Imanov, Fuad Mutallimov and Vazeh Babayev - were arrested and charged with bribery and torture.
Judge Rashid Huseynov will oversee the case.
Two officers were shot dead, four other soldiers were killed, and two more were injured at the Defense Ministry's Military Unit No. N Jan. 28 at 6:00 p.m.
