Criminal case is filled on the appeal of Azerbaijani journalist of Radio Azadliq Khadija Ismayilova, the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office told Trend.
Based on the investigation of materials received from the Ministry of the Interior, in connection with violation of the right to privacy of the Azerbaijani journalist of "Radio Azadliq" Khadija Ismayilova the prosecutor's office filed criminal case under Article 156 (violation of privacy) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
Baku prosecutor's office charged with the investigation of the case.
