The Azerbaijani and Turkish Red Crescent societies will sign a memorandum, the Azerbaijani Red Crescent Society said today.
A Turkish delegation headed by head of the Turkish Red Crescent Society Ahmet Lutfi Akar has started its visit to Baku today.
The visit will last until Nov. 17. The two societies will discuss bilateral cooperation, partnership, determine the further strategy, as well as sign a memorandum of understanding.
Heads of the two societies plan to meet and visit to the tomb of national leader Heydar Aliyev in the Alley of Honor.
