Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree Dec. 21 to create the Baku Transport Agency at the Cabinet of Ministers.
Under the decree, the Intellectual Transport Management Center is withdrawn from the authority of the Transport Ministry and is transferred to the authority of the Baku Transport Agency.
