“SDYSHOR”, a team from Nizami district of Baku, which constitutes the base of Azerbaijani national team, defeated combined youth team, comprised of hockey players from the regions, in the last 5th round of the Baku field hockey championship with the score of 6:1 and became an outright winner of the tournament.
The Field Hockey Federation of Azerbaijan told Trend the winner scored 15 points of 15 possible.
An Iranian national team with the score of 12 points ranks the second in the general list. Another Iranian team from Tebriz city occupied the third place.
