A new composition of the commission on pardoning will be formed by the presidential decree in July 2006, a member of the commission on pardoning, president of the National Forum of non-governmental organizations, a MP Azay Guliyev told Trend.
He noted, the current composition of the commission was formed in 2001. Replying the question on pardoning on the occasion of the Holiday, the Day of Solidarity of the Azerbaijanis on 31 December, Guliyev said, he has not got any information about it, and there were no appeals to him, as the commission member, in this respect.
