Oktai Shiraliyev, the Azerbaijani health minister, and Kamaladdin Heydarov, the Minister for Emergencies, will meet on Saturday with the suffered as a result of a roof collapse at Basman bazaar of Moscow, Russia, the Health Ministry announced.
