Representatives of Azerbaijani and Turkish diasporas in USA planning to rally in support of the Turkish position on so-called Armenian genocide in the Ottoman empire from April 21 to 26 in Washington, Trend reports citing Turkish media.
Rallies will be held in front of the Turkish embassy in Washington as a response to the decision of the Armenian lobby in US to launch anti-turkish rallies with the participation of System of a Down rock band on April 24.
Turkish diplomats already urged Turks and Azerbaijanis to be tolerant and neglect Armenian provocations. Police will be on high alert at the rally time.
