Azeri Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Huseyn Bagirov met with US Ambassador to Azerbaijan Anne Derse. Trendreports with reference to the Ministry, at the meeting Azeri Minister underlined strategic partnership between the countries and said BTC pipeline commissioning would serve the further strengthening of relations.
Bagirov informed the Ambassador of the last achievements in environment protection sphere and the current meeting influence on the countrys ecological condition improvement.
In turn, Ms Derse said Azerbaijan is a friend and close partner to the US and the latter is going to help Azerbaijan integrate with the global community.
Alongside, through the meeting parties spoke of ecology and environment protection and exchanged opinions on the further prospects in this field.
