Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend K.Zarbaliyeva / Each year positive results are obtained in Azerbaijan with regards to the implementation of court resolutions. The Chief of Head Department for Court Resolutions of the Justice Ministry of Azerbaijan, Huseyn Alikhanov, reported that despite the difficulties in implementing court resolutions, the experience of the European countries are utilized to achieve development in this respect.
Speaking of the annual increase in the number of implemented court regulations, the Department Chief said that the number of the implemented court resolutions in 2006 increased doubly compared to 2005 (40-45 resolutions in 2005 and 80 resolutions in 2006).
Alikhanov spoke of subjective and objective factors preventing the activities of the court executors. "In addition to court resolutions, the Department controls reformation and improvement of prisoners not isolated from society. The number of court executors has been increased by 100 staff," he said.
