BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 15. The average cost of apartments in the primary market of Baku decreased by 0.07 percent in May 2022 compared to the previous month, and increased by 9.38 percent over the year, Trend reports with reference to MBA Group consulting company.
The cost per square meter in the primary housing market of Baku amounted to 1,504 manat ($884.7) in May 2022 (1,505 manat or $885.2 in April 2022, 1,375 manat or $808.8 in May 2021), the company said.
The total volume of offers in the primary housing market of Baku decreased by 0.11 percent (to 921) in May 2022 compared to the previous month and by 127.41 year-on-year.
