BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 12. The Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund of Azerbaijan has rented to own 1,700 apartments, Head of the Fund's Press Service Yegana Ramazanova told Trend.
According to her, the Fund offered business loan guarantees in the amount of 312.411 million manat ($183.88 million) at the beginning of July 2022.
In the reporting period, the total loan volume issued by the Fund made up nearly 2.22 billion manat ($1.3 billion), through which 39,644 citizens improved their living conditions.
The Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund was established following the Presidential Decree in 2017 through the reorganization and merger of Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund OJSC and Azerbaijan Credit Guarantee Fund OJSC.
