Azerbaijan, Baku /corr. Trend U.Ismaylova / The revenues of the insurance companies of Azerbaijan in the first half year, totaled AZN 94 668 768,72, according to the Finance Ministry of Azerbaijan.
The expenditures of the insurance companies over the reported period made up AZN 84 799 526,49. As of 1 July the balance revenue of the companies amounted to AZN 9 869 242,28.
In this period, the payments to the budget totaled AZN 1 014 187,24.
Some 29 insurance companies with minimal authorized capital of AZN 700.000 function in Azerbaijan.
