Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend I.Khalilova / Azerbaijani company M-Pro signed a contract with German Doler and Austrian juice producer on joint production of new soft drinks, said the marketing manager of President of Azerbaijan Export and Investment Foundation (AZPROMO), Teymur Tagiyev.
The contract was signed during the visit of the juice experts to Germany on 12-21 October to get familiarized with the activity of the European Association of Juice Producers.
The new production will be carried out through assistance of the German Society of Technical Assistance (GTZ).
According to Tagiyev, four contracts and several memorandums were signed during the visit. Two contracts were signed M-Pro and tinned food factory Navai on supplying products to Germany and purchase of equipment.
In addition, the delegation included representatives of Granet Haji, Gamalhan, Miri-Pak.
Initially the alliance was established from five companies (Milk-PRO, Gilan, SAF), but now their number has decreased up to ten.
The key goal is to unify the efforts of the juice producers to settle the problems which have been observed in the industry of juice production for a long time. The problems are also observed with regards to the technological standards. Presently production in Azerbaijan is carried out without modern technologies. In addition, the alliances will be involved in marketing and directing Azerbaijani juices to the foreign markets.
