Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr U. Ismayilova / The currency reserves of the National Bank of Azerbaijan (NBA) exceeded $3.2bln, the bank reported on 2 November.
Official currency reserves of the bank grew by $1.270mln (64.6%) within 10 months and stayed on $3.237bln.
World Bank Treasury, Swiss UBS bank and American JP Morgan - manage $270mln. Due to inefficient management NBA cancelled the contract with Dutch ABN Amro and transferred the funds it managed to UBS. The World Bak manages $110mln, UBS - $105mln, and JP Morgan - $55mln.
Some $200mln more may be put for management by foreign organizations, the head of the NBA Elman Rustamov previously said.
