Azerbaijan, Baku, 16 October / Trend corr. S.Babayeva / A total of AZN 2,459.7mln was spent to construction work in Azerbaijan from January to September, which by 58.2% exceeds figures of the same period in 2007, the State Committee for Statistics said.
Part of state enterprises in the general amount of construction made up AZN 655.9mln and private enterprises - AZN 1,803.8mln.
Some AZN 1,896mln (77.1%) of total amount of construction work comprises new buildings, restoration and expansion; AZN 330.5mln (13.4%) - capital repair; AZN 101.9mln (4.2%) - the current repair and AZN 131.3mln (5.3%) - other construction work.
