Azerbaijan, Baku, 6 November / Trend / In October 2008, according to the calculations by the Analytical Department of BSE, in the government securities market (excluding repo operations market) Standard Capital headed the ranking of brokers with brokerage services provided to 6 clients in the total amount of AZN 94.18mln, Baku Stock Exchange said on 5 November.
The second leading broker was UniCapital with brokerage services of AZN 52.18mln provided to 6 clients, which is by AZN 41.99mln less than the indicator of Standard Capital. YapiKredi Invest held the third place in ranking of brokers with AZN 37.14mln.
In October the leading amount in the ranking of brokers increased compared to the previous month. So, in September the leading amount of brokerage services provided made AZN 27.72mln. Moreover, in October of this year on the above-stated segment of the market the number of brokers rendered services increased from 8 to 9.
