The World Bank and Azerbaijani government will sign a draft economic memorandum soon. The memorandum will assess the economic situation in the country, the WB Baku Office said.
"The designing of the draft is nearing completion, and will be ready in March," the office said.
The WB mission led by Senior Economist on Azerbaijan Christ Kostopoulos arrived in Baku on March 3 to complete the draft memorandum. The visit will last until March 14.
The analytical document will recommend improving certain economic spheres.
The document will also include trends of the country's economic growth and an analysis.
