The Azerbaijani Export and Investment Promoting Fund (AZPROMO) will hold a meeting of trustees in the Economic Development Ministry in the end of April, AZPROMO President Rahim Huseyinov said on April 7.
"We will hold the final meeting of our trustees in the end of April. The meeting will review organization issues, including appointment of a new head to the Council of trustees, 2008 report and 2009 report," Huseyinov said.
AZPROMO will extend the number of members this year.
'The Fund also is considering the membership payment and extension the number of members," Huseyinov added.
The number of Fund's member did not exceed 55 people under the Charter of 2007. At the annual meeting in January 2007, the limit on the number of members was canceled.
"The main is members must be real members of the Fund and support us," he said.
Over ten organizations rendered financial support to AZPROMO in 2008.
Currently, Fund has 107 members. The size of membership fee is 4,000 manat.
On April 7, the official exchange rate is 0.8029 manat to $1.
