State Consumer Market Control Department under the Ministry of Economic Development of Azerbaijan withdrew about 200 kilograms more expired food products, the Ministry said on July 13. The products included cooked meats and confectionery products, milk and dairy products, soft drinks, baby food, powdered tea and others.
Protocols on administrative violations have been drawn up and fines were applied with regards to six physical entities.
In general, after the decree of President of Azerbaijan on approval of amendments to the Code of Administrative Violations on 17 May 2009, 34 legal entities have been fined in a total amount of 132,500 manat and 161 physical entities - 242,000 manat.
