In January to September 2009, the housing fund of Azerbaijan amounted to 837,500 square meters, which is lower by 19.1 percent compared to the same period of 2008, the State statistics committee said.
Roughly 3721.2 million manat was invested in construction-assembly operations within reporting period. Reduction was 8.8 percent per year.
Roughly 3952.4 million manat was invested in construction of production facilities within this period. Decrease was 16 percent per year.
