Azerbaijan, Baku, Jan.12 / Trend /
Technikabank's securities with state registration numbers AZ100100508, AZ20050508 and AZ200600508 and Demirbank's securities with numbers AZ100100014P and AZ300100014 were admitted to the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) quotation list, the BSE reported
Based on the new rules of listing, delisting and admitting securities to BSE trading, which entered into force in August 2009, quotes will be implemented at the BSE. The securities must meet certain requirements on capital, management quality and objectivity, statutory auditing, and corporate governance.
The BSE must create transparent conditions for securities trade, listing and periodic securities information publication.
The BSE has also approved tariffs for listing. The BSE had decided to postpone the collection of listing fees to the first of January 2010, as an additional measure for the development of the stock market, and to encourage companies to release listing as well. The first two banks were admitted in the first level listing on Dec. 30, 2009.
