Last year, growth was recorded in such spheres as health care and social assistance (7 percent), production and distribution of electricity, gas and water (5.9 percent) and mining (9.3 percent).

A significant decline was recorded in trade (7.8 percent), communal, social and personal services (11.6 percent), processing industry (8.4 percent), and in the restaurant and hospital industry (6.9 percent).

"Initially, the projected decline was to be four percent, so the figure from the beginning was real," said Chelidze.
