The Azerbaijani State Property Committee has announced an open tender to attract consultants for the privatization of state enterprises in the field of mechanical engineering, metallurgy and agriculture through investment contests, the State Committee's statement published in official newspapers says.
The tender can be attended by local and foreign legal and physical individuals having a successful experience in providing institutional and financial advisory services.
Applicants should submit the following documents to participate in the tender:
- reference to attend the tender;
-bank document on payment of participation fee
-tender proposals;
-document (copy), confirming the full name, address, legal status of participant, state and bank details, which have passed state registration;
-main activity place;
- documents sustaining tender proposal securing (bank guarantee);
- right to sign tender offer;
-reference about applicant's financial situation in the last year, issued by the bank based on the balance sheet indicators (the document should include information confirming applicant's possibility to use the funds).
Applicants can purchase a package of basic conditions till 17:30 Aug. 23, 2010 in the building of the State Property Committee at room № 810, St. Y. Safarov, 20, Baku.
All necessary documents (except tender proposal and bank guarantee for tender proposal) should be submitted to the State Committee till 17.30 Sept.27. Tender proposals are accepted till 17.30, Oct. 6.
