Azerbaijan will attend World Social Security Forum

Azerbaijani State Social Protection Fund (SSPF) chief Salim Muslimov will take part in the World Social Security Forum to be held in the Cape Town, South Africa in Nov.29 – Dec.4, 2010. The Forum will be held by the joint management of International Social Security Association (ISSA) and the Republic of South Africa, the SSPF reported.

Azerbaijani State Social Protection Fund (SSPF) chief Salim Muslimov will take part in the World Social Security Forum to be held in the Cape Town, South Africa in Nov.29 - Dec.4, 2010. The Forum will be held by the joint management of International Social Security Association (ISSA) and the Republic of South Africa, the SSPF reported.

Participation of world's different pension and social insurance organization heads, representatives of international organizations, politicians and scientists is also meant to be realized in the World Social Security Forum.

Discussion of issues like development and tendencies in social security during economical crisis, defining new ways of management on social security organizations, demographic conditions which are considered to be strict problem in many countries and other issues is planned to be discussed in the Forum.

Two key topics "Automated management systems expanding in scale" and "Organization of actuarial surveys in insurance-pension systems and ways of making decisions" of Information technologies Committee were intrusted to Azerbaijani represenatatives

Azerbaijan was elected Bureau Member of ISSA in 2004, member of Steering Committee of Association's European Network in 2007.
