The Azerbaijani State Securities Committee registered a primary issue prospectus of ordinary registered stocks of CJSC "AzMeCo" to the total amount of 2,000 manat, the state committee said.
Over 1,000 shares at par value, two manat each, were issued within emission. The emission will be implemented through a close placement.
The Azerbaijani company AzMeCo was founded in 2007. It deals with the production of methanol. It is planned to build a methanol plant with annual capacity of 720,000 tons of methanol per year within the first phase of the company's activity. Its capacity will hit 720,000 tons per year. The second phase envisages the production of nitrogen fertilizer with capacity of about 400,000 tons per year.
