Baku Stock Exchange new head appointed

Emin Aliyev was appointed as a chairman of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) by the decision of the BSE Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting which took place last Friday, BSE told Trend on Monday.

Emin Aliyev was appointed as a chairman of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) by the decision of the BSE Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting which took place last Friday, BSE told Trend on Monday.

BSE chairman Khayal Abdinov left his position in October because he transferred to another position.

"At the last meeting of the shareholders Aliyev was appointed BSE chairman," BSE said.
Shareholders also confirmed a statement on the voluntary resignation of BSE Deputy Chairman Vahid Novruzov.

"Novruzov's position is still vacant," BSE said.

Emin Aliyev was born in 1978. He got education at the Baku State University (1996-2000), University of Siena (Italy) (2000-2001), State Administration Academy under the President of Azerbaijan (2003-2007).
