The insurance company Azerbaycan Senaye Sıgorta won the tender for medical insurance of employees of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), official press quotes the tender commission as saying on Wednesday.
"A contract for a period of 12 months has been already concluded with the company," the report says.
According to the tender conditions, the company began rendering services from Nov.21, 2011.
Earlier, Azerbaycan Senaye Sıgorta became the winner of the tender for insurance of cash, fixed assets and vehicles, while Pasha Sıgorta -vehicles insurance.
Azerbaycan Senaye Sıgorta was established by the Azerbaycan Senaye Bankı in December 1996 and is a member of Azersun Holding Group of Companies. In 2010, the bank transferred half its shares to the Azerbaijani company Anadolu Investments. Anadolu investments affiliated with the Turkish company Anadolu Cam Investment, which specializes in the production of canned products. Anadolu investments owns 97 percent of Azerbaycan Senaye Banki.
