The need to build lux hotels is high in Baku, Randolf Decker, the managing director of Pasha Construction, said today.
This was noted by Decker during his speech at the first hotel investigation conference among CIS countries and Georgia (ICON) on Tuesday.
The conference organized by HVS is held on September 18-19 in Baku and dedicated to regional development of tourism sector and investigation climate, as well as other urgent industrial issues.
According to Decker, considering the oil-gas agreements, signed and to be signed with participation of Azerbaijan, the actuality of construction of such hotels remains.
Four Seasons was put in commission in Baku this month.
" Apart from that, the increasing oil sector development allows forecasts regarding growth of demand for lux hotels," Decker said.
